This week, we've been working hard behind the scenes to soft launch Fastr Performance (also known as Project Shake It Off internally), our largest performance improvements since the release of Core Web Vitals Accelerator in 2022. To learn more, attend our webinar on August 15th, with CEO John Murdock and CTO Ryan Breen. Register here: https://getfastr.com/fastr-performance-webinar-registration
But we still found some time to sneak in some quality of life fixes for y'all!
Resolved Issues
-
Default alt text for images - When you added an image to Frontend, we would treat its extension as part of its alt text by default. "Thanks for telling me it's a .jpeg," said no one ever. This is fixed.
-
Canvas clipping now actually works - Have you been annoyed that canvas clipping hasn’t been working? That was our CTO’s fault. Never fear, it has been fixed, and we’ve put safeguards in place so he can no longer make design decisions.
Updates
-
Subscript and Superscript functionality added - Because sometimes your text needs a little lift, or a subtle drop. Subscript and superscript are here to elevate your editing game, quite literally. Get ready to impress!
