Creating a Schedule Entry
- To get started, you can create a schedule entry by clicking on the Red plus icon at the bottom of your Slot. Alternatively, you can also click on the three dot icons and select "Add a future schedule":
- This will create a Schedule Entry, where you can set up your content to go live. By default, your schedule entry will be empty when it is created. From the Schedule Entry, you will be able to set up the date and time for when the schedule goes live. Additionally, you will be able to determine which piece of content goes live, in case you have various experiences in a single slot.
- You can click on the Date and Time section to adjust the specifics of your entry, as shown here:
- Once you’ve set the desired date and time, simply drag and drop a piece of content into the scheduled slot
-
Please note: Your schedule will not be saved unless you publish these changes. As a final step, it is required that you select the "Publish Changes" icon as shown here. This is required in order to make sure that your schedule is finalized:
- If you'd like to remove a schedule entry, you can just select the red minus icon to remove the entry. You will get a confirmation pop-up that you are deleting the entry. Once again, if you have removed a schedule entry, it will be necessary to press the "Publish Changes" button to finalize this update:
