How to Export and Import Fastr File (.fastr)

The Fastr Frontend dashboard offers this functionality to easily download your experiences from the dashboard, move them across Fastr accounts, and upload them whenever needed. You can save your experience to your device and transfer it at your convenience.

Follow the steps below to start using the Fastr File feature:

1. Download the Fastr File
   In your dashboard, click the three dots on the experience you wish to download.

2. Select Folder to Save the File

After selecting the download option, you will be redirected to your library. Choose the folder where you’d like to save the file, then click Save.

If your experience contains any components or integrations, they will also be downloaded. When you upload the file to a different Fastr account, these elements can be imported.

4. Import the Fastr File to Another Account

Once the file is downloaded, the next step is importing it into your Fastr account. To do this, go to your content slot and click on the three dots, then select Import Fastr Experience (.fastr). You will be redirected to select the Fastr file (.fastr) you wish to import.

Important: If the experience includes components or integrations, make sure to select all the relevant files. Failing to do so may result in missing integrations or non-functional components.

5. Confirm the Import

A message box will appear. Click Continue to proceed, or Cancel if you wish to stop the process.

6. Accept the Import Request

After clicking Continue, you will be asked to accept the file import request. Once confirmed, you will see the experience added to your account.
