Custom Action Examples

Below are some example of custom JavaScript actions that have been leveraged by several Creator Studio users in the past. For information on setting up your own custom actions, click here. Quickviews

If your website has quickview functionality already in place, you may be able to set up a custom action in your account that would allow Creator Studio Experiences to fire those quickviews when published to your site. 

Add to Cart

Similar to the quickview option above, if your website has add to cart functionality, a custom action could be created to allow end users to add items to their cart directly from your Creator Studio Experiences.

Anchor Links

If you want your end users to be able to jump down to a specific space within an experience, anchor links will let you do so. Widgets can be labeled with anchor tags such that clicking on other widgets will automatically scroll the user to the designated anchor tag. Click here to learn more about this Custom Action

Parallax Scrolling

Multiple experiences can be published together on a page with some custom code that creates a parallax scrolling effect, where some sections of the page scroll over or behind others. Click here to learn more about how to set this up
