Projects allow you to easily organize experiences, images, and publishing slots into discrete groups. Experiences are assigned to a single project, but images and slots can be shared across more than one.
Create or access a project by clicking "Projects" in the top-left corner on the main dashboard. When a new project is created, you'll have access to a dashboard specific to that project. This is structured similarly to the main dashboard, showing the same three tabs: experiences, images, and publish. From here you have the following options:
1) Create an experience, upload images, or create a slot. These will then be part of the project automatically.
2) Attach preexisting experiences, images, and slots. When attaching an experience, all its related images and slots will be automatically attached as well. Images and slots can also be attached to a project manually regardless of their relation to any other experiences.
3) Detach experiences, images, and slots. Detaching an experience will not automatically detach related images and slots.
4) Change project title, by clicking on the bold title at top-center.
Experiences within a Project
Create new Experiences directly in the project by clicking "Create New Experience In Project", or attach existing experiences by clicking the 'Attach' button.
You can select as many experiences as you'd like and attach to the Project.
Experiences in the attach lightbox can have three different states:
1) Not attached to any project (green check mark when selected).
2) Already attached to the current project (not selectable).
3) Already attached to another project (green exclamation mark when selected). Be careful with this, an experience can only belong to one project; it will be moved from its old project to the current one.
After clicking 'Attach' again, the experiences will be attached to the project and available in the dashboard.
When hovering over an experience on the dashboard, you have the following options in the top-right:
1) Duplicate, which will duplicate the experience within the current project.
2) Detach, which will remove the experience from the project.
3) Delete, which will delete the experience from your account entirely.
Images within a Project
By clicking the 'image' tab, you can upload new images directly to the project by clicking "Add images", or attach previously uploaded images by clicking 'Attach'.
Images in the attach lightbox can have two different states:
1) Not attached to the current project (green check mark when selected).
2) Already attached to the current project (not selectable).
After clicking 'Attach' again, the images will be attached to the project and available in the dashboard.
When hovering over an image on the dashboard, you have the following options in the top-right:
1) Detach, which will remove the image from the project. You can only detach an image if it is not used in any experiences within the project.
2) Delete, which will delete the image from your account entirely. You can only delete an image if it is not in use anywhere.
Slots within a Project

By clicking the 'publish' tab, you can manage slots associated with the project. You can create new slots directly by clicking "Create New Slot In Project", or attach preexisting slots by clicking 'Attach'.
Slots in the attach lightbox can have two different states:
1) Not attached to the current project (green check mark when selected).
2) Already attached to the current project (not selectable).
After clicking 'Attach' again, the slots will be attached to the project.
For Slots on the project dashboard, you have the following options:
1) Detach, which will remove the slot from the project. You can only detach a slot if it does not contain any experiences from the project.
2) Delete, which will delete the slot from your account entirely.
Note: Clicking the "Save/Publish" button will publish all the slots regardless of whether you are in a project or the main dashboard. Slots changes from within a project will apply update on the main publish dashboard.
